First of all thank you for creating this project.
We recently switched from MailHog to MailCrab, and are very happy with it so far!
The only feature from MailHog that i'm missing in MailCrab is a desktop notification, so I had a hand at adding a simple one myself.
I am aware CrabAlert exists, but as it is a macOS-only app it won't work on other operating systems and mobile devices.
Here's what the notification looks like on macOS:
