Usage: /faq (number)

Bot searches a channel (possibly hidden and editable by Vet. Players) for a defined message format and replies with this when the command is used.

If there is more than one result for a FAQ number, the newer one is used, so that anyone with permission can update FAQ, similar to a wiki.
