Gets this working again. Does not have an ISO builder yet as we are between several options right now. This also has most of the stuff necessary to convert the github workflow to use the justfile for building images. Signed-off-by: m2 <[email protected]>

Be able to distinguish between two images built on the same day and have a convenience tag for it. IE an image is built with tag 41-20250330, and then another image is built later that day. It will get the tag 41-20250330.1 Signed-off-by: m2 <[email protected]>
