153 animate pipi

Summary

Closes #153

• Added CSS animation to Pipi to move to the box once the correct address is clicked
• Made Pipi raise right arm once reaching the box
• Delayed box opening and confetti until animation finishes
• Fixed CSS around grid and ladders to eliminate whitespace between hint box and grid
• Fixed CSS in Exercise 3 for grid and colissions

Ended up adding a lot of extra fixes due to css collisions, not great for PR review, but these changes were necessary for things to not look super broken...
