feat(placeholder): hide placeholder in atom nodes by default

Changes Overview

This feature modifies the Tiptap placeholder extension to prevent the placeholder from being displayed on atom nodes by default. This change enhances the user experience by ensuring that placeholders are only shown in relevant contexts.

Implementation Approach

The placeholder is shown only if node is not atom. This behavior can be disabled if the option showWhenAtom gets passed as true.
