Translation Memory eXchange

Translation Memory eXchange (.tmx) is a file-format for aligned translation data, which encodes some metadata, and translated segments with their translation into various languages.

Command line options of the tool:
- debug: debugging mode
- output: name of the output file - if empty STDOUT
- morerev: More revision statements
- file: filename of the input
- split: split file into one file per language
The script converts the segment-based file order into different parts for each language (either a div or a separate file), where the translated parts are linked by an @appid.
No export has been provided as of yet. The export is complicated by the fact that the various translations will be distributed over multiple files in TEITOK.
