Add back button to check your answers page

LGTM! Tested locally by:

  • jumping straight to summary page then using back button to return to home
  • Working way through the form, jumping to summary then using back button to return to where I was
  • Going from the check your answers page to S8Q1, hit back and it took me back to S8Q1
