The simple Minecraft NBT Wrapper

Currently only supports minecraft server NBT conversion

Spigot

There are two simple methods required to work with spigot:

NBTConversion#wrapTag to convert an NMS NBT tag into a wrapped tag

and

NBTConversion#unwrapTag to convert a wrapped tag back to an NMS NBT tag Note: The version in unwrapTag must be set correctly

• Add some kind of reflection caching to speed up conversion
