#18278
Description:
Enforces a new Block to be exposed in all mandatory languages. This means when creating a new Block, you have to meet validation requirements in all the Languages you choose to publish.
This is a very similar experience to how it will be working with Global Blocks. A Global Block must also be Published in all Mandatory Languages for it to be a valid publish.
The following screenshot, shows two Blocks created before making danish a Mandatory Language. The last one has been created after Danish was made Mandatory. In this case the danish and english version of the Block has been exposed just as it was created. Leaving the user with no ability to publish the Danish version without this Block taking part, and begin valid.
