cttso glue fails when lane attribute is not found in the bclconvert settings

This is actually an issue for a lot of glue analysis since the fastqlistrow rgid generation in the clag glue set relies on the lane being present in the samplesheet.

We can update the bclconvert manager to add the lane attribute in before placing the samplesheet in the event.

Will need to read the runinfo.xml to determine the number of lanes present
