The BsRunsUploadManager service was used to copy raw data from GDS to ICAv2.
This service is no longer needed.

As a quick fix, I have temporary disabled the OrcaBusProd-BsRunsUploadM-bsrunsuploadmanagerbsruns-xxxx event rule at EventBridge. So that it won't get triggered.

Adding Parameter Store /sscheck/lambda-api-domain manually that points to the prod sscheck as the STG version is removed. This Parameter Store should be removed if this stack is also removed (as this stack depends on it).
