- Installed MATLAB R2018b or higher with appropriate licences
- Installed MATLAB code from the corrplotg directory in your MATLAB session (e.g. addpath command)
- Download or clone the project directory febrile-seizure-blood-models
- Open MATLAB in the febrile-seizure-blood-models directory or add the febrile-seizure-blood-models directory into the path (e.g. addpath command)
- Open fs_models.m script and regarding your HDD set properly save_path and xls_file variables (directory save_path and file xls_file need to exist on your HDD)
- Execute fs_models script
- Submit issue if something goes wrong
