Adds a "why rust?" section based on thoughts in the slack. Closes #4.

Also updates the Code of Conduct from the main Java repo (thank you @dennyglee!)

Looks pretty good! Thanks for catching a few bugs.

A few requests:

  1. Can you include our cargo links?
  2. Can you include a note that Python client / Rust server is a common paradigm, especially in AI?

@abrassel got you! I could only think of tiktoken/tokenizers/pydantic off the top of my head, feel free to edit the branch if you have any others
