KNX Devicemanager

The KNX device manager bundle starts after the KnxNetwork service appears. It gets updated by Configuration Manager with the ETS4-Export-File (stored in lddi.knx.devicemanager.cfg file). KNXImporter loads KNX group addresses from the ETS4 export file, extracts groupAddress information, create virtual KNX group functions and register them as device services in OSGi with a certain device-category (depending on the KNX datapoint type).
One KNX group address can contain multiple physical devices (sensors and actuators) and can therefore be seen as a group function.
Furthermore it passes the reference of the new KnxDevice to knx.networkdriver.
