Welcome to the documentation and planning wiki for Vicini.

####Vicini is an online tool that will allow neighbors to share information and messages based upon how close they live to each other. Vicini is specifically designed to serve communities at the hyper-local level, connecting neighbors with other folks that live very close to them.
