[Backport release-1.14] Enhance permissions for Crossplane managed-roles by allowing access to the status subresource for Claims/Composites
The runner was relying on potentially stale state. A race could cause Goroutine A's state to become outdated if Goroutine B updated it between when Goroutine A released its read lock and took a write lock. Signed-off-by: Nic Cope <[email protected]>
