Alpha 0.1.0

The first version to have the base functionality implemented. The version has passed some basic testing for errors and no errors or memory leaks were detected. Bugs are possible and expected as use increases, more rigorous testing is implemented and features are added. Future features are being considered, but are not definite. The program was developed on a Linux Apache machine, only expected to work on the same or similar.
