右往左往してしまいましたが、結局Next.jsで一応フロントエンドも作っておきました。
npx create-next-app frontendして、Dockerfileとcompose.ymlを更新しただけですが笑

フロントエンドへのアクセス : http://localhost:4242/
APIへのアクセス: http://localhost:4242/api
静的ファイルへのアクセス: http://localhost:4242/playground
