Hands-on GNN Tutorial

This tutorial uses Pytorch Geometric.

Instructions for creating the Conda environment:

conda env create -f pytorch_geo_env.yaml
conda activate pytorch_geo
python -m ipykernel install --user --name=pytorch_geo

Then refresh the browser, open up the Jupyter notebook, and select pytorch_geo from the kernel dropdown list.
