Summary

In this PR, we enabled UI for one of the cdasim platform:
usdot-fhwa-stol/carma-config#359

However some values are not populated, see below:

This is most likely due to name topic mismatch as it was never worked with simulation before.
Fix should also include allowing webui for both vehicles not just one and fix the countdown of the SPAT.
