Merge after basic_contract_caller PR

  • Rename contract-transfer -> contract_transfer for consistency
  • Add contract_transfer ui example - using useink's new balance formatter helpers
  • Add new counter component with useink's new planck* helper functions that look up chain decimals and format BigNumber values
  • Link to faucet on use.ink/faucet?acc=contract-address... so user's can refill the contract balance

Run pnpm i && pnpm build:ui, then pnpm contract_transfer
