Thanks @cat-bro! I think this could be installed as soon as the TPV rules from usegalaxy-au/infrastructure#1521 take effect. |

This is a special case because it shouldn't go on staging, we don't care whether the tests pass and it shouldn't show up in the 'tools installed on galaxy' report yet. I'll install this outside of the automatic process and when it's good to go for regular users it can be added to the log. |

Can we install this tool but hide until we decide on the license issues? I can't remember how to add the test label.
