Once this PR is merged please feel free to cleanup the training resources allocated in the training section and then create PRs accordingly for the new trainings. I will deploy them manually and then merge them. Jenkins still needs fixing I guess with the new cloud deployments and stuff. |

The VMs were drained and removed from the new cloud. We will now have 5 VMs that can be distributed to TIaaS requests.
