User Story 1

As a photographer, I want to have an app for creating and listing photos, so that I can manage them in one place.

Acceptance Criteria

• A VueJS app for taking and listing pictures is available.
• Use the Vue router for this app and define the following two states:
  • A state for displaying a gallery of pictures is available.
  • A state for taking a new picture is available.
