Authentication

uw-cryo GitHub Packages are currently private so to push or pull these images you need to authenticate with an access token (https://docs.github.com/en/packages/working-with-a-github-packages-registry/working-with-the-container-registry#authenticating-to-the-container-registry)

Building locally

Note that because DART is not freely available we have disabled building via GitHub Actions and instead build locally:
