  • we have old art/atk system, but with the new nodes we are not going to be using much. we need to remove a bunch of stuff.
  • Copy over control / SE / PP stuff from old ishaan branch on Oak?
  • The goal of this issue is just to get the old nx stuff in a new branch and working.
  • no Lidar stuff will be integrated (unless I have a bunch of extra time)...
  • Don't have much time so sorry this was typed out super quick; Will add more descriptive comments in the future.

Quick comment, I would imagine LiDAR stuffs will be part of sensing, and all we need to do for LiDAR stuffs for now is to publish the LaserScan
