Summary

add OpenTelemetry counters for OpenAI token usage
capture usage data in workshop prompts
record metrics for summaries and chat completions
expose metrics module
update dependencies

Testing

cargo fmt --all
cargo test --quiet --no-run (fails: command timed out)
