Minor edits to evan.typ to make Typst more like LaTeX

• pmod now works like \pmod in LaTeX
• vocab now works like \vocab in evan.sty
• numbered and unordered lists now have indenting similar to in LaTeX

So I actually don't mind the lack of indentation in Typst for the lists, personally. But if you can convince me it's better to have first level list indented, I can try it.

I'm happy to merge the pmod and vocab though.
