create an .env file with the following PSQL connection informations NFT20_DB_USER, NFT20_DB_HOST,NFT20_DB_PASSWORD, NFT20_INFURA
Initiate the DB tables with the script located in etl/sql/cudl.sql
run etl/cudl_etl.js and api using express
