* removes dorms atmos portables

just go to engineering

* forgot dorms decals

re-added connector ports for scrubbers and air pumps in dorms,
removed duplicate captain stamp,
added light to virology external airlock, remove dead end manifolds in dorms, removed extra vent from cryo area, tweaked pipes in morgue
