Add new Viam Registry landing page

  • Better linking throughout, you can use landing page as central teaching resource; links to all salient new Registry content thus far.
  • Slight tweaks to Extend landing page: Extend only a disambig between two options for now. May revisit in DOCS - 1076.
  • Tweak some custom resource text to modular resource, but left some instances alone where context could be appropriate.
  • Quick new section on Viam in 3 minutes page.
