It is undesirable that we depend on nlopt from the services/motion package, which should be able to be imported without motionplan (and nlopt) being imported. This PR is very much in a draft state now but moves types inmotionplan to a new package motionplan/motiontypes where the common structures can be imported by both motionplan and services/motion.

Current status of PR: does not compile!
