It is undesirable that we depend on nlopt from the services/motion package, which should be able to be imported without motionplan (and nlopt) being imported. This PR is very much in a draft state now but moves types in
motionplanto a new packagemotionplan/motiontypeswhere the common structures can be imported by bothmotionplanandservices/motion.Current status of PR: does not compile!
