Milestone Summary

Milestone 3 refactored and improved Joern integration via the Launcher class which started the main program and handled Joern invocation and interfacing our main program in Java with joern_query in Python and added some general and linux specific bug fixes. The Parser additionally received testing and multiplicities and relationship functionality during the milestone. The skeleton of a Smell superclass which all smells within our tool inherit from was added within this milestone.
