fix: update vim and gvim rc file

Old Vim heavy plugins

this release contains the vim code that is ofcourse feature rich but also very heavy in general
Watching Antirez code on his vim made me rethink this and I am going with a leaner and meaner vim. this is the snapshot of my past setup.
