Automatic path to black and whitelist

The Path to the black and whitelist.txt is now set automatically

Multiple blocklist sources possible

Added ability to use multiple blocklist sources. 2 Defaults included

blocklist-with-ipset is now ipv6 compatible (Yayyy :) )

When upgrading you might have to manually delete duplicated INPUT rules. However this should be a one time thing.
