chore(deps): update dependency propagating-hammerjs to v3 due to deprecated hammer.js

The current version of propagating-hammerjs relies on hammer.js, which has been deprecated and is no longer maintained. This commit updates the package to version 3 or higher, ensuring compatibility with the latest version that does not depend on the deprecated hammer.js library.
