Simple visualization of medical data with node/reactjs and HBase running atop Hadoop.

Instructions to run.

In test_modules directory type gulp

gulpfile.js consists of code for convertion .jsx file to .js and automatically running it via node. Also upon any modification server restart is handled.

Note

• The project cannot run without connection to HBase which requires HBase thrift2 server to be running.
• For details of DB Schema used in HBase contact repo-owner.
