Proposal for v1 to v2 Phase Over process

I (@mazdermind) would to suggest this procedure for the switch from Voctomix v1 to v2:

• Successfully use Voctomix2 at some One-Talk-Events (Datengarten, Chaosradio)

• Resolve all open 2.0a Issues

• Tag a v2.0a Release

• Successfully use Voctomix2 at a Multi-Room-Multi-Day-Conference

• Talk to @h01ger about Packaging v2.0

• Tag a last v1 Release

• merge v2-Code into master

• Close all Tickets that are not applicable to v2 or reword them to fit v2
