  1. go.mod: update ipfs/kubo to v0.29.0 

    Along with all the IPFS, libp2p, and other updates that it brings.
For once, it seems like there are zero breaking changes for us.

Note that go-ipfs-blockstore has been moved to boxo/blockstore.
