mute transcriber during initial message

on an initial message:

1. mute the transcriber
2. send off the initial message
3. wait for the initial message to be fully spoken
4. unmute the transcriber

EPD-450 talking during initial message causes bad second message

basically conversation goes something like this

INITIAL MESSAGE START

human says something

INITIAL MESSAGE END

bot responds immediately after ^ to what the human said. which sounds super awkward

we can fix this by maybe turning off the mic during the initial message? also open to other implementations
