when an email is sent from 1 person to a working group (for example, to [email protected]), and you reply to that email. it doesn't go to that person, instead the reply-to is set to the group. This makes sense in cases when a person is part of the group that they are mailing (for example [email protected]), but not when that person isn't in that group
