With this milestone the app will be completely revamped. It will be focused on two topics. Covid19 Statistics and Meteorological warnings.

This milestone is considered DONE when:
A. The Covid19 statistics UI have been updated
B. The module for Meteorological warnings is implemented
C. Notifications of the latests Covid19 values are working again
D. All issues found by VOSTPT members & UI team deemed as critical have been fixed
E. Approval of delivery by VOST PT Founders
