i would recommend that we first work on voxpupuli/container-puppetdb#73 and merge it, and then update this PR to make use of the new variables provided by voxpupuli/container-puppetdb#73 |

voxpupuli/container-puppetdb#73 is in fact a breaking change for us. So we will need to make sure the read user is created (as in this PR) before bumping the puppetdb image. |
