+I would like to Robert Waffen as PMC member.

+Robert has joined Voxpupuli PMC in 2023 and did lots of work regarding puppet-k8s and many ather modules.
+Besides this Robert is taking care on the voxpupuli shared GitHub actions (like building and uploading containers).
