Internal release off of v0.13.1 that adds a GetMany implementation to the blockstore. For use with a go-ipld-cbor GetMany store which is in turn used for the parallel traversal methods in https://github.com/vulcanize/go-amt-ipld and https://github.com/filecoin-project/go-hamt-ipld.
