* Rename IDP API section and move it after Browser API

* Move sign in and compute account state into the state machine section

* Editorial changes inside of Browser API

* Editorial changes to treat the well-known file like other endpoints

* Add note to validate the nonce of the assertion endpoint

* Lift IDL definitions into the normative Browser API section
