I wouldn't say that there is a process reason for waiting to merge this PR, but rather the DID WG is currently dormant and unless a change is more urgently necessary/has gotten sufficient feedback, it may be best to wait. |

Similar to the approach taken in the vc data model, this PR adds useful terms to the v2 context to make things easier for developers.
