Similar to the approach taken in the vc data model, this PR adds useful terms to the v2 context to make things easier for developers.

The DID v2 work has not started, the maintainers of this registry are not authorized to merge any PR related to future work that the DID v2.0 WG might do. I expect that once that work starts, that some variation of this PR would go in.

@brentzundel @burnburn can I get a confirmation from chairs that a new charter is required by W3C process for this PR?

I wouldn't say that there is a process reason for waiting to merge this PR, but rather the DID WG is currently dormant and unless a change is more urgently necessary/has gotten sufficient feedback, it may be best to wait.

The v1.1 Vocabulary and Context is the current focus of the DID WG. The DID v2 Vocabulary and Context won't happen for another two years. This PR is unlikely to be merged for another 2 years, and when that time comes, it will be done in the DID Core repository and not here. Closing.
