### Developer Feedback

Extension developers are encouraged to provide thoughtful, constructive feedback
on APIs throughout the proposal process. They have significant practical
experience in the platform, often providing a different perspective from those
of browser vendors.

Developer feedback is non-blocking and browser vendors may not always be able to
accommodate all feedback (since it has to be balanced with other constraints,
such as security, privacy, user experience, and platform engineering
complexity). However, any developer feedback should be considered and addressed,
and browser vendors should strive to address and incorporate feedback from
developers whenever feasible. This helps ensure the resulting APIs address
real-world use cases and don't cause undue developer burden.
