Milestone Delivery Checklist

• The milestone-delivery-template.md has been copied and updated.

Sorry for the delay @dileping everything worked out of the box and built on the last milestones. Here is my final evaluation.

Congrats on completing the grant and I'm happy to see it! Has been a long time coming. I hope too see more devs utilize these libraries for native development.
