Brief intro to web3, main characteristics including:

  • data ownership -> cryptography
  • data availability -> decentralized P2P networks
  • resiliency against data tampering, corruption + data transparency and trustless environment -> blockchain
  • resiliency against malicious actors + self-running system -> economic incentives and game theory
  • decentralized access points -> light clients

Preliminary review: this is a really nice, beginner friendly intro to Web3 and transitions really nicely into Polkadot.
